Homes for ELM

Compass Homes Alabama works with The ELM Foundation to build a home in a charitable partnership with its sub-contractors and vendors. Based on the national Homes for Hope model, Compass Homes and its trade partners donate or discount the cost of labor and materials used in building a Homes for ELM project. The homes are sold at market value and proceeds of the sale benefit ELM participants through development grants designed to help families become self-sufficient.
